Pruitt-Igoe Historical Accounting Compensation and Truth Seeking

The PHACTS organization was incorporated in 2023. The purpose of this organization is to create public awareness of the use of human subjects for research testing in St. Louis without their knowledge or consent, to advocate for public acknowledgement of past harm, and to seek compensation for those affected and their descendants.
